Elano scores for Brazil, yet we still pick Vassell!

Video link to Goal

Elano scored in Brazil's victory over Portugal. The game ended 6-2, with a hat trick from Luis Fabiano, two of his goals came from Robinho assists.

Shaun Wright-phillips played well for England last night, in their 2-1 win over germany, while ched Evans started for Wales in their 1-0 win.

Injury News:
Joe Hart's injury looks less serious than 1st expected and his injury time has been reduced to 2 weeks.
Danny Strurridge has returned to full training, while his future lies in the balance, he has an opportunity to prove himself to hughes, we all know he's far better than Evans.

elano is a super player and its maddness leaving him out of the starting eleven .

fully agree.

he has been working extra hard this season, looks fitter and tracks back more.

he's gifted passer of the ball, hughes is wrong to leave him out.

Hughes....
Elano is gifted but not built like a rhino.
We need a manager with tactical flair and an understanding and respect for intelligent football.
This guy has only limited ability and is totally out of his depth at a club aiming to be a leading light in Europe.
We do not want a workmanlike team, Hughes cannot build anything else and is out of his depth

Yeah Elano is great but we have to have balance in the side and both SI and DV put in twice the work rate and can tackle too...so with Robinho and SWP in the side who do you drop...we are struggling enough in defence as it is...we need to get that sorted first and only then can we think about adding more flair into midfield at the expense of our defensive capabilities !!
